  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts to the shipping address provided. If the customer is unavailable, the courier may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Desiora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable) to help us resolve the issue promptly.
